Rate Schedule for Mayorine Cottage
Arrival day is flexible

Deposit Policy:

• Reservations for Mayorine Cottage are held for 72 hours pending receipt of 50% deposit by check or money order. A receipt of payment and contract is mailed out upon receipt of deposit.
  
• Balance of payment is required by check, money order or Paypal - 30 days before arrival in Nevis.
  
• Credit cards are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

• Short-term cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival will result in a refund of the 50% deposit less a 15% booking fee.
• No refund for long-term rentals unless the cottage can be re-booked.
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival.

Cleaning Arrangements:

• Maid Service is provided at the beginning and end of each rental period.
  
• Additional cleanings are available for 60EC ($25.00 US).

• Pets may be allowed for longer stays (but please note that Nevis has a Rabies quarantine for animals. More information visit http://www.nevisisland.com/pets.htm)
  
  
• We can provide you with food and drink for your arrival for a nominal charge.
